Why should I purchase from your company?
PowerON Services, Inc. has been in business since 1994. We are BBB Accredited with an A+ rating.
Do you have a retail store?
No. We maintain a secure facility with office and warehouse operations. The only way to view and purchase our inventory is through this ecommerce website.
Are all of your products new?
No. PowerON specializes in pre-owned, professionally refurbished devices. Each product is thoroughly tested, cleaned, and graded according to our quality standards before being listed for sale.
Do you only sell Apple products?
While most of our inventory consists of certified pre-owned Apple devices, we also offer technology from other leading brands like Dell, HP, Lenovo, and Microsoft when available. Our product selection changes regularly, so check back often for new arrivals.
Do you offer bulk or wholesale pricing?
Yes — we offer discounted pricing for bulk or wholesale purchases. To request a quote, contact our team through the Contact Us page or email sales@poweron.com with details about the quantity and type of devices you’re interested in.
Warranty
What kind of warranty comes with my purchase?
All PowerON products include a 90-day limited warranty, unless otherwise noted on your invoice. This warranty covers manufacturing defects that occur under normal use.
How do I start a warranty claim or return request?
Contact PowerON before shipping your product. A technician will troubleshoot the issue and provide a Return Authorization Number (RA#) if the product needs to be returned. You’ll also receive packaging and shipping instructions.
What happens if my product develops an issue after the 90-day warranty period?
PowerON may still accept repair requests after the warranty period. A $35 bench testing fee applies, plus the cost of parts, labor, and return shipping.
Will my warranty be voided if I attempt to repair the device myself?
Yes. Any repair or modification by a non-PowerON-approved technician voids the warranty.
Orders
Where does PowerON ship?
We currently ship to most addresses within the contiguous United States. At this time, we do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, or international locations.
How are shipping costs calculated?
Shipping costs are weight-based and depend on the total weight of your order, the shipping method you select, and your delivery address. All product weights are listed on their detail pages and are rounded up to the next full pound in accordance with carrier policies.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Estimated delivery dates are provided at checkout based on item availability, your shipping destination, and the carrier you choose. Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days.
Can I track my order after it ships?
Yes. Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number and carrier information.
Returns
What should I do if my product arrives damaged or not working?
If your order arrives damaged or non-functional, please contact our Technical Support Department immediately using the phone number listed on your invoice. Our team will help you start the replacement or claim process.
How should I package my product for return?
- Use the original packaging or equivalent protective materials.
- Follow FedEx Ground packaging standards to avoid damage in transit.
- Do not use retail display boxes as shipping containers.
- Clearly write your Return Authorization Number on the outside of the box.
- Include a note inside explaining the reason for return.
Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs, including warranty and non-warranty returns, unless otherwise specified by PowerON.
What should I include with my return?
- Clearly write your Return Authorization Number (RA#) on the outside of the box.
- Include a copy of your invoice inside the package.
- Add a brief written description of the issue or reason for return.
Once received, most returns are inspected and processed within 5–10 business days. You’ll be notified once your return is complete or if additional information is needed.
